Ingredients (per glass)
- Ice, preferably large cubes
- 3 oz chilled Prosecco
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice (ruby red if available)
- 1 oz chilled club soda
- Grapefruit twist or slice, for garnish
PREPARATION
- Fill a large wine glass generously with ice.sugar, lime juice and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add Prosecco first—this keeps the drink lively.
- Pour in Aperol, followed by the fresh grapefruit juice.
- Top with club soda and give one gentle stir.
- Garnish with a grapefruit or orange twist or a thin slice on the rim.
